Housing Hub is an expanding Property Management Company working with single-family homes, duplexes, lofts, condos, and multi-family units in the Twin Cities area of St. Paul & Minneapolis, Minnesota. We have proudly been serving rental property owners by managing and growing their portfolios since 2013.

Joe Collins and Tom Gallagher both grew up together in St. Paul, Minnesota. They were only 4 houses apart in their neighborhood. As young adults, they worked together to purchase their first properties to invest in, rehab, and eventually rent out to an increasing market. Joe and Tom have navigated many challenges together such as the 2008 Housing Market Crash and a federal lawsuit that they filed and settled against the city of St. Paul. This case made it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, changing the way the city of St. Paul regulates rental property. These policy changes have benefited tenants and owners alike.
Joe and Tom created Housing Hub to share their skills in all matters of real estate and property management. Through their own experiences, they've created a successful formula to service and help other landlords.

Hubbs the Hippo is Housing Hub's mascot! Hubbs has been with us since our start in 2013. Why does a hippo represent a property management company?
